Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10-12 cups fresh breadcrumbs
½ cup margarine
1 cup celery leaves
2 chopped onions
1-3 tsp poultry seasoning
2 284 ml cans mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. This should be enough for an 18-25 lb bird. Any extra can be cooked in a separate casserole.

*Never stuff a turkey the day before as moistened stuffing does not keep well. Stuff the turkey just before roasting. If desired the ingredients may be prepared the day before and combined just before the turkey is to be stuffed. Remove left-over stuffing from the turkey immediately after the meal and keep covered in the refrigerator. Use within three days. Reheat just enough stuffing for one meal.
