Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 lbs. Ground Meat (Chicken, Pork, Beef)
1 pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
Chopped Mushrooms
1-2 Cups Chopped Onions and Peppers
2 Eggs, beaten
½ Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Worchesechire Sauce
2 tsp salt
50 twist on pepper grinder
1 Tbsp hot sauce
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

Meat Loaf Sauce:
1½ Cup Kechup
¼ Cup finely chopped onion
¼ Cup finely chopped pepper
½ Cup packed brown sugar
Hot Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté or Nuc Onions and Peppers until softened
Combine all ingredients and mix well (Except Meat loaf Sauce)
Form into a loaf and place on cookie sheet
Bake at 350º for about 1 Hour
Remove from oven, drain grease, spread some Meat Loaf Sauce on the loaf and return to the oven for about ½ Hour
Remove from oven
Serve with remaining Sauce on the side

Meat Loaf Sauce:
Simmer all ingredients until onions and peppers are tender
