2 chicken breast, cooked (or grilled) and cubed
1 head of cabbage, chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 c. toasted slivered almonds
2 pkg Ramen Noodles, broken in pieces
1 packet Ramen soup seasoning
4 TBSP Sesame seeds, toasted

Dressing:
½ - 1 c. salad oil
6 TBSP rice vinegar
4 TBSP sugar
1 packet Ramen soup seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add chopped chicken, chopped cabbage, and sliced onions to a bowl. In oven toast sesame seeds and almonds on broil. - watch so it does not burn. Add to salad. Break up raw noodles and add to the salad along with one packet of the seasoning. Stir the salad until all is mixed. In a separate bowl, stir ingredients for the dressing. When completely mixed, pour over the salad. Serve immediately.
