6 to 8 chicken pieces
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 packet Italian dressing mix (like Good Seasons)
1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 can (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces with liquid
Hot cooked rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles

Directions:
Wash and dry chicken pieces and place them in a ziptop freezer bag or container. Mix sauce ingredients together and add to bag. Remove air and seal bag. Label and freeze for up to 6 months.

TO COOK AND SERVE
Remove freezer meal and place in refrigerator the night before you plan to serve it. Let it thaw. In the morning add the contents of the bag or container to a slow cooker set on low. Cook for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over hot cooked rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.
