1 box yellow cake mix
1 large box sugar free instant vanilla pudding
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
1 1/8 c milk
1 large sugar free cool whip
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
Chopped Nuts
Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake and let cool

Beat cream cheese
Add pudding and milk, beat until smooth
Add 2/3 of the pineapple to the cream cheese mixture
Spread mixture over cake

Spread cool whip over pudding layer
Sprinkle with remainder of pineapple, coconuts and nuts
