5lbs potatoes (around 9 large potatoes)
salt
butter
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbs dry onion flakes
pepper
breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil and mash potatoes with salt, butter and 1/4 cup milk. Add sour cream, cream cheese, dry onion flakes, pepper to taste. Beat up and spread in casserole dish, putting pieces of butter and bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350-degrees for 1/2 an hour.
