¼ cup soy sauce
2 T brown sugar
2 T minced ginger
1 T sherry or wine
1 T sriracha
1 T cornstarch mixed w/3 T water
2 tsp. rice wine vinegar
2 cloves minced garlic
8 dried red chili peppers
chicken thighs, diced or cooked whole
2 stalks celery, finely sliced
1 large red bell pepper, cut into large chunks
white rice or noodles for serving
2 green onions, sliced

This recipe can easily be doubled depending
how much chicken you are making.

Directions:
Saute the red chili peppers in oil until the
chili flavor is infused in the oil.
Remove the chilis and discard.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Saute the bell peppers and celery and add the
chicken. If diced, they will cook quicker.
Pour the liquid from the bowl into the skillet
and cook covered until veggies and meat are tender.

Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.

Sprinkle green onions over dish.
