Chicken Marinade
3 lbs. of chicken wings split (Drummettes and Wingettes)
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tbsp. garlic
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. of all purpose flour
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
2 cups of oil

Sauce
5 tbsp. Franks Red Hot sauce
2 tbsp. butter
pinch of salt (do not add too much as the hot sauce has salt
½ tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Tobasco sauce
½ tsp. sugar (optional)

Ranch Dressing
Celery sticks

Directions:
1. Marinate the chicken wings with ginger, garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika.
2. In a bowl, add all purpose flour, cayenne pepper, pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
3. Coat the chicken wings with seasoned flour and keep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
4. Heat oil in a saucepan or a fryer and deep fry the chicken wings until they are golden brown.
5. Place the chicken wings on a paper towel to remove the excess oil.
6. In a saucepan, melt butter and add all the ingredients under sauce. Heat until the sauce comes to a boil.
7. Transfer the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the sauce over the wings.
8. Ensure that the wings are all coated with the hot sauce.
9. This goes well with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
