Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1½ cup sugar 1 cup butter 2 eggs 2¾ cups flour 2 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp Baking Soda ¼ tsp salt 3 T sugar 3 tsp cinnamon

Directions:	Directions: Cream sugar, butter, and eggs. Mix flour, cream of tartar, soda, salt. Add to cream mix and beat until mixed. Roll dough into small balls and roll through sugar and cinnamon mix. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes.
