1 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk unsweetened
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp Bob Mills egg replacer plus 5 tbsp of water
1 1/2 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt.
cooking spray for waffle maker
fresh fruit for top

Directions:
Directions:
Heat your waffle maker and spray with cooking spray. Whisk the egg replacer with the water and set aside.Whisk all the remaining ingredients than stir and whisk in the egg replacer. Cook till light golden brown.Top with fresh fruit.
