2/3 c sugar
3 egg yolks
3/4 tsp almond extract
2 c flour
Sprinkles, if desired

Preheat oven to 375ºF

Cream butter and add sugar
Beat in egg yolk and almond extract
Blend in flour

Use cookie press to form cookies
Sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8 - 10 mins
