Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
¾ cup (1½ sticks) butter or margarine
⅔ cup evaporated milk
12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
7-ounce jar of marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter. Over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a 3-quart sauce pan. Place a candy thermometer in the pan so that the bottom tip is in the mixture but not touching the bottom of the pan. Heat, stirring until the butter has melted and sugar has dissolved. Continue cooking and stirring, allowing the mixture to reach a rolling boil. Stir constantly as the mixture reaches 234º. If you do not have a thermometer, boil and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Stir in vanilla, marshmallow cream and nuts. Pour mixture into baking pan and allow to cool. Cut into ½-inch squares. Store in an air-tight container. It is best to store in refrigerator or freezer.
