1 lb. Ground Meat (Pork, Chicken or Beef)
1 Onion
1 Regular Pepper
1 Hot Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic (Diced)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Can Drained Kidney or Black Bean
1 Cup Frozen Whole Kernal Corn
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Packge Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Start browning meat in sauté pan . Add chopped onion, peppers and garlic. After meat is browned and onions-peppers are soft, add beans, corn, tomatoes and spices. Bring to a simmer then turn off heat. Mix Jiffy Mix per directions in a bowl Put all of the meat mixture in a casserole dish, spread cornbread mix all over the top and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
