1 bag Hurst's HamBeens 15 Bean Mix
1/2 cup of black beans
1/4 cup lentils
3 large carrots- diced
1 large onion - diced
1/2 bag frozen corn
1 c barley
2 tsp lemon juice
3-4 bay leaves
chicken stock
ham
1 can diced tomatoes
4 med. yukon gold potatoes - diced
1 clove garlic - minced
2 smoked cheddar bratwursts - cubed.

Directions:

Soak 15 bean soup mix, black beans and lentils over night. Drain and Rinse.

Add beans, carrots, onions, garlic, barley,corn, lemon juice, tomatoes, potatoes, ham, chicken stock, bay leaves, and brats into a crock pot (Ninja) or into a large pan. Add water as needed to fill the remaining pan so all beans and vegetables are covered.

Cook on medium-high for a couple of hours or until vegetables are tender. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 1-2 hours more.

To me, it tasted like a good veggie soup with ham.
