1/2 c mayo
3 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. dill pickle finely chopped
kosher salt, pepper
3 cups grated swiss cheese
2/3 c. sauerkraut rinsed and drained, roughly chopped
4 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. chopped pastrami

7 loaf pumpernickel bread

oven at 375
whisk mayo, ketchup, pickle, salt and pepper
add swiss cheese, sauerkraut, cream cheese and pastrami to the mayo mix.

if using bread pour into hollowed bread put on baking sheet
drizzle olive oil over bread pieces removed from loaf put on baking sheet with dip and bread shell
bake til cheese melts and is golden about 30 min.
watch bread pieces don't burn remove them as they toast nicely
