6 Tbsp Butter
6 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 cups Chicken Stock
3 cups Burgundy Wine
½ tsp Thyme
24 pearl onions
24 mushroom caps

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown chicken
2. Mix with butter and cornstarch
3. Add chicken stock, burgundy and thyme to Roux until thick
4. Bake at 350° at 30 minutes
5. Sautee pearl onions and mushrooms caps together. Add to chicken 5 minutes before it’s done
