3 lbs. baby back ribs, cut in half

Barbecue sauce:
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. liquid smoke flavoring
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cover ribs with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat; simmer one hour until ribs are fork tender. Mix sauce, simmer uncovered stirring often for 30 minutes until slightly thickened. Line broiler with foil, place ribs, meat side down and brush with ½ the sauce. Broil 4 - 5 inches from heat source 6 to 7 minutes, turn over, brush on remaining sauce and broil 6 to 7 minutes until edges are slightly charred.
