1 lb. ground beef
taco seasoning
1 can (15.5 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
6 (8 in) flour tortillas
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef until no longer pink. Drain. Add taco seasoning to taste. Stir in black beans and tomatoes. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.

place 2 tortillas in a 9" x 13" pan. Spread half of the refried beans over the tortillas. Spread half of the meat mixture over refried beans. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese. Repeat layers, torillas, refried beans, meat mixture cheese. Top with remaining tortillas and cheese.

Cover and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
