For the Cookie:

1 Cup, Two Sticks of Butter
1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 Cups Flour
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt


For Rolling:

2 TBL Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix butter, 1 cup sugar and the eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.

Mix the 2 TBL of Sugar and 2 tsp of Cinnamon together and roll the balls in the Cinnamon Sugar mixture.

Place 2 inches apart of an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until set.

Cool on cookie rack.
