¼ c. peanut butter powder (regular peanut butter will work but adds more calories)
3-4 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. minced garlic
½ tsp. minced ginger (ground ginger will work but minced is preferred)
If desired, crushed red pepper flakes to taste
If desired, Sriracha hot chili sauce to taste

Directions:

Combine liquids and and then add dry ingredients. Mix well.
Add to your vegetables a few minutes before finishing the stir fry.
Remove from heat and sauce will thicken.
