4 oz. whole wheat spaghetti

1 medium zucchini, spiralized
2 large carrots, spiralized or shredded
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Green onions to garnish, chopped
Toasted sesame seeds to garnish

Sauce:
1/4 c. almond butter
1 tsp. fine grated ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions; rinse under cold water and set aside to cool completely. Portion out pasta, zucchini, carrots, and chick peas between four 2 c. storage containers for cold lunches.

Sauce:
Combine all ingredients; mix well.


Drizzle sauce over noodle bowls and toss. Add garishes before serving.
