1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
2 tsps. nutmeg
5 tbsps. oil
1 cup buttermilk
pinch salt
2¾ cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Fill doughnut maker and drop batter into hot oil to fry. Turn doughnuts often to prevent burning. Remove from oil onto paper towels to soak up excess oil.
