First layer:
2 cups white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
¼ cup cocoa
1½ cups flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 cup margarine

2nd layer:
1 cup margarine, melted
1½ cups nuts, chopped
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 can Eagle Brand milk
4 tbsp. flour
1½ cups brown sugar

Third layer:
chocolate icing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cocoa together. Stir in 1 cup melted margarine, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour and salt then stir in nuts. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 15 - 20 minutes at 350º. Mix 1 cup margarine, corn syrup, flour, brown sugar and Eagle Brand milk together and bring to a boil. Pour over first layer and bake 10 minutes at 350º: Top this layer with your favorite chocolate icing. Freezes well.
