Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 to 10 Hibiscus tea bags or 7 heaping teaspoons of loose leaf tea
Boiling water to make 1 quart
A sizable scoop of good honey
Templeton's Rye Whiskey
Lime wedges
Sparkling water

Directions:
Directions:
Put the honey in the bottom of a 1 quart pitcher. Make a strong batch of hibiscus tea by adding the tea bags to or pouring the boiling water through the leaves in a tea strainer into the pitcher. Allow to sit for 10 to 15 minutes. You want the mixture strong and on the sweet side. Once the tea has steeped a sufficient amount of time, fill a two quart pitcher ¾ full of ice, remove the tea bags/strainer and pour the hot tea in. Stir and allow to cool.

Fill a bar glass half full of ice, squeeze a lime wedge over the ice and drop it in. Add 1½ to 2 oz Templeton's Rye, pour in 3 to 4 oz of the hibiscus (roughly) and top with sparkling water. Then try to have only one.

Personal Notes:
This is my favorite go-to cocktail ever since Peter introduced me to Templeton's. I'm not sure if I should thank him or not.
