½ c. raisins
¼ c. butter
½ c. brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ c. corn syrup
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
Pastry for a 1 (9inch) pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over the raisins using enough water to cover the raisins, drain. Mix butter, sugar and salt together, add slightly beaten egg, corn syrup and vanilla and mix well. Line muffin or tart tins with pastry and fill shells about half full of mixture. Bake at 400º for about 15 minutes.
