Ingredients:  
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. fat, melted
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar and milk in double boiler to lukewarm. Add yeast and let stand until yeast dissolves. Add 2 cups flour, mix well,then add salt and fat. Then add enough flour to make a very soft dough. Knead very lightly, grease top of dough well and let rise until double in size. Work down lightly. Form rolls. Let rise until double in size. Bake in oven at 400 degrees.
