1½ C Crushed Graham Cracker Crumbs
¼ tsp Cinnamon
1 C Sugar
1 C Melted Butter
½ tsp nutmeg

Combine all ingredients
Press along sides of large bundt pan or large spring form pan

6 - 8oz packages of cream cheese
2 1/4 C Sugar
1/4 C + 2 Tbsp Flour
6 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Lemon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 C half and Half

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and beat until creamy
Bake at 350 for 1 hour then open oven and let cool for 1 hour
Cool to room temperature

If using bundt pan, turn onto a plate and gently lift pan but do not remove
Refrigerate for 5 hours

This is a thick new york style cheesecake.
It must be cooled for 6 hours
