1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14) oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 (5 oz) pkg, instant banana or vanilla pudding mix
3 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
4 sliced bananas
1/2 (12 oz) pkg. vanilla wafers

Directions:
Directions:
1 - In a large bowl, beat cream cheese til fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla til fluffy. Fold in 1/2 of whipped topping.

2 - Line bottom of 9x13 inch pan / dish with vanilla wafers. Arrange bananas slices evenly over wafers. Spread with pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill.
