1 1/2 c rice
2 1/2 c chicken broth
1 TB olive oil
2 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 TB minced celery
1 TB minced onion
1 TB minced bell pepper
1 minced clove garlic
4 TB minced spicy sausage
4 TB cooked red kidney beans

Directions:

Rinse rice with cold water in rice cooker pot. Drain, add chicken broth. In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over top of rice. Cook on "mixed rice" setting, if available.
