1½ lbs beef chuck stew meat
14½ oz can Italian diced tomatoes
1 lb sliced mushrooms
2 springs rosemary (optional)
15 oz can white beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef in non-stick slow cooker.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes, mushrooms, rosemary.
Cook on HIGH for 6 hrs or LOW for 8 hrs.
Stir in beans during last 30 min.

Thicken liquid in small saucepan w/cornstarch.
Return to cooker. Discard rosemary stems.
More salt? Rosemary garnish?
Serve over pasta.
