1 lb/500 g ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 c rice
1 bouillon cube
3/4 c salsa
~2 c water

TOPPINGS
shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Diced onions
Salsa
Sour cream
Queso fresco
Grated cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté beef and onion until cooked through. Add rice, cook 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, simmer until done (~20 minutes). Serve with bowls of toppings for people to serve themselves.
