2 1/4 pounds fresh blueberries
1/4 C lemon juice
2 t calcium water
1 C sugar
2 t Pomona's pectin powder

Prepare jars, lids and bands. Heat up canner and sterilize jars.

Rinse blueberries, remove stems and mash in a large bowl. Measure 4 cups of mashed blueberries in a pan. Add the lemon juice and calcium water. Stir.

In a separate bowl, combine sugar and pectin. Set aside.

Bring blueberry mixture to a full boil over high heat. Slowly add the pectin/sugar mixture. Continue to stir for 1 to 2 minutes to dissolve pectin. Bring back to a full boil.

Remove from heat, ladle into sterilized jars and process in canner for 10 minutes.

Turn off heat and let sit in canner for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool.

After learning about Pomona's Pectin, it is the only way I make jams. You use a smaller amount of sweetener, which can be sugar, honey or agave and the result is more flavorful.
