1 cube butter
1 6 oz package of chocolate chips
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 ½ cups canned milk

1. Melt together the butter and chocolate chips in a sauce pan
2. Add powdered sugar and canned milk
3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly
4. Boil 6 minutes
