3 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 C all-purpose flour
Filling:
1/2 C chopped pecans
1 beaten egg
1 T melted butter
3/4 C brown sugar
3/4 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cream cheese, butter, and flour until blended. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 24 count mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
In mixing bowl, whisk together butter, egg, brown sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth. Set aside.
Shape the chilled dough into 24 balls, about I inch in diameter. Press each ball of dough into a cup in the mini muffin tin, spreading evenly on bottom and sides. Place tsp of the pecans into each cup. Fill each cup with butter, egg, brown sugar mixture.
Bake approx. 20-25 mins until crust turns light brown.
