Cake:
2 sticks margarine or butter
½ c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
¼ c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)


Frosting
1 stick margarine or butter
4 tbsp. milk
1 lb. (4 c.) powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Cake:

1. Bring to boil butter and water. Add the remaining ingredients to butter water mix. Combine.
2. Pour into a greased sheet cake pan. Batter will be runny. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until cake springs back to the touch. Let cool before frosting.

Frosting:

1. Bring to a boil, butter and milk. Add powdered sugar to butter milk mix.
2. Frost cake and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
