4 c. plain flour
1 ¾ c. Crisco Shortening
1 TBSP sugar
2 tsp salt

1 egg
1 TBSP vinegar
½ c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, shortening, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, egg, and cold water. Pour into flour mixture. Fold dough in ball. Chill for 15 mins. Separate and shape into 5 equal sized balls. Makes 5 pie crusts. Freeze unused balls in Ziplock bag.
