3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 T butter
1 cup sugar
dash of salt
1 cup evaporated milk
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Stir in sugar and salt. Add evaporated milk gradually, stirring until mixture is smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a full boil and is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Store in refrigerator. Heat before serving.
