2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup sugar
½ cup Crisco
Dash of ginger
2 eggs
¾ cup canned, crushed pineapple, undrained
1 6-ounce package (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Topping:
1 cup flaked coconut
½ cup canned, crushed pineapple, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together and set aside the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Combine and beat till creamy the sugar, Crisco and ginger.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time.

Add flour mixture alternately with the pineapple and morsels.

Spread in greased pan 15x10x1 inch.

Sprinkle topping evenly over the top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes (I check it at 20 minutes).

Cool, cut in 3"x2" pieces.
