12 c. White raisins
2 lbs. Red and green cherries - candied
2 lbs. Pineapple - candied
1 lb. Citron - candied
1 lb. Orange and lemon peel - candied
8 c. Almonds
4 c. Pecans
4 c. Walnuts


For the cake:
10 c. Flour - sifted 3 times
4 tsp. Baking powder
4 tsp. Salt
3 c. Butter
4 c. Sugar
12 Eggs - separate to fold in beaten / add egg whites last
4 c. Pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Line cake pans with buttered brown paper and pour fruit cake batter therein.

Bake at 275º until done.
