2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup evaporated milk (or fresh milk)
4 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a separate bowl, blend sugar and cocoa. Melt butter, add milk and vanilla. Add to sugar and cocoa. Beat until smooth.

For darker chocolate, use more cocoa or some instant coffee. For thicker frosting, use more powdered sugar.
