3/4 c. butter flavored Crisco shortening
1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecan pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and brown sugar, add milk, vanilla, beat egg into mix. Combine baking soda, flour and salt together and add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add chocolate chips and pecan pieces. Bake 375º for 8 - 10 minutes, will keep the cookies moist if not over baked. Baking for 11 - 13 minutes will make the cookies more crispy. Makes 30 cookies.
