2 1/4 c. (18 oz) assorted, unsalted nuts
2 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp dark brown sugar
2 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread the nuts on a large baking sheet. Toast in the oven until light golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Cool just a little. In a large bowl, combine the butter, rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar and salt. Add the warm nuts and toss thoroughly.
