¾ c. Butter, softened
¾ c. Brown Sugar, packed
1½ c. Flour
10 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tbsp. Butter
1¾ c. Milk Chocolate Chips
1⅓ c. Heath Toffee Bits

Directions:
Directions:
1. For the base, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and flour until well blended and mixture sticks together. Press into 9x13 in. pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until light golden. Cool while preparing filling.
2. Heat sweetened condensed milk and butter in heavy pan, stirring constantly over medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until thickened. Spread over cool base. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top. Bake for 2 minutes longer or until chocolate is shiny and soft. Remove from oven. Spread chocolate evenly.
4. Sprinkle toffee bits on top, pressing lightly into chocolate.
5. Cool completely and cut into bars.
