1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 fresh lemon

Directions:
Rinse tilapia fillets in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides of each fillet with salt and pepper. Place the flour in a shallow dish and add Old Bay seasoning. Gently press each fillet into the flour to coat and shake off the excess flour (make sure to press into the fish not just dust it on the filets).

Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; make sure oil is hot enough before putting fish in skilled. Cook the tilapia in the hot oil until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 4 minutes per side. Squeeze fresh lemon over top and serve immediately.
