Chicken Marinade:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp oregano
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 large chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces

Greek Pitas:
1 Tbsp yeast
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups water
1 Tbsp oil

Tzatiski Sauce:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup peeled, seeded & diced cucumber
1 Tbsp dill
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt & pepper

Chicken:
Combine all. Marinade minimum 1 hour. Dump marinade and chicken into pan and pan fry until the liquid disappears and chicken is done. Use in Greek pitas.

Greek Pitas:
Knead all together well. Let rise until double in size in a larger bowl in a warm spot. Divide dough and roll out into the sizes of pitas wanted. Bake @ 350º for 2-3 min on lightly greased cookie sheet. They should be white and soft.

Tzatiski Sauce:
Mix all well & refrigerate at least 1 hour.
