5 to 10 Granny Smith apples (more or less)
1 lg. can of pineapple juice

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Rinse and slice apples and place in a bowl. Pour the pineapple juice over them, cover, and refrigerate overnight. This gives them a delicious flavor and keeps them from browning.

Blend the sugars and vanilla into the cream cheese, then fold in the toffee bits. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours.

When ready to serve, strain the apples and arrange on the plate around dip. Enjoy!
