3 chicken boneless breasts
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
½ - 1 tsp. green chili paste
½ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. tandoori masala
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. olive oil

Coating
3 eggs
¾ cup all purpose flour
¾ cup Panko breadcrumbs
½ tsp. of Italian seasonings
Salt to taste
¼ tsp. of black pepper
½ tsp. lemon pepper
3 cups of oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the chicken into thin long strips and add all the spices indicated under Chicken.
2. Marinate the chicken for about 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, beat 3 eggs in a bowl, add black pepper and a pinch of salt..
4 Add all purpose flour in a plate, add ½ tsp. of lemon pepper and a pinch of salt.
5.In another plate, place Panko breadcrumbs and add the Italian seasonings.
6 Heat oil in wok on medium high. Take a piece of chicken and coat it with flour, then egg and lastly Panko crumbs.
7 Deep fry for about 5 - 7 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
8 Take the chicken out on a plate with paper towel to drain the excess oil.
9. Serve with red chutney.
