½ cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 15-ounce can of sweet and condensed milk
1-teaspoon vanilla
5 quarts popcorn

1. Boil all ingredients except the vanilla until it reaches the softball stage
2. Add vanilla and pour over popcorn
