4 cups water
2 cups wild rice
6 pieces of gluten free bread
1 bag frozen shredded potatoes
1 T McCormicks steak seasoning
1 T garlic salt
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put 4 cups water and 2 cups wild rice into a pot with a few shakes of salt to make it boil faster. Put on a lid. As soon as the water starts to boil, take off the lid. Make sure to add 1/4 cup of water if the water cooks out of it. Cook for 30 minutes, then take off the heat and let it cool.

Take the bread and break it into pieces into the cooked rice. Thoroughly mix in with your hands. Add a bag of frozen shredded potatoes, then mix in the McCormicks and garlic salt.
Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for 2 hours at 200º with a lid on.
Can be served hot or cooled.
