1 box pizza mix
2 cups shredded cheese
1 1/4 cups water
1 onion
3 bell peppers of all colors
4 tomatoes
1 tsp oil
1 small can sauce (tomato or white)
Your favorite pizza toppings: 1 cup spinach, 1 can olives, 1 chopped zucchini, 2 cups mushrooms....etc.

Directions:
Follow directions on box to make crust (mix flour, water and oil, if gluten free, spread with spatula onto pan, cook). Cool cooked crust for 20 minutes.

Saute onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. Spread thin layer of sauce on cooled crust. Take 1/2 of the cheese and spread over sauce. Add all toppings including cooled onion mixture. Add remaining cheese.
Cook at 425º for about 12 minutes. Sliced tomatoes are added after pizza is cooked.
